Twice a month we will come together to cook a stress free meal and talk about different ways to approach stressful situations. This is an opportunity to cook along with me, or just sit back to enjoy the conversation and learn something about cooking & yourself.
No registration is required, however there may be limited attendees and is a first-come first-served basis.
